Our Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with Glowmark. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we offer the following refund policy.
14-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Glowmark within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period, please email us at hello@contact.glowmarkhq.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate refunds for partial months.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
