By accessing or using Glowmark ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Glowmark is a testimonial automation platform that allows businesses to collect, manage, and display customer testimonials. We provide tools for collecting testimonials via forms and video, an approval dashboard, and an embeddable widget.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Glowmark. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Glowmark offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Glowmark to collect false or misleading testimonials, spam customers with unsolicited emails, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Glowmark is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Glowmark and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Glowmark and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Glowmark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
